As a key player in O'Neill & Brennan's London office, you will specialise in contract roles within the white-collar sector, immersing yourself in the heart of London’s thriving construction industry. Your role will focus on business development, candidate sourcing, and driving client growth, helping spearhead O'Neill & Brennan's success.

The Role:

As an experienced recruiter, you know what it takes to succeed. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with both candidates and clients. You’ll work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve shared goals, while being the go-to expert for white collar construction contract recruitment.

The Candidate:

O'Neill & Brennan’re seeking someone with a go-getter attitude, impeccable organisational skills, and the drive to succeed. Key qualities include:

• You must have at least 3 years of recent experience in recruitment within the White Collar Construction industry, specifically on agency side.
• Proven success in business development.
• A proactive and innovative approach to growing your desk and standing out in a competitive market.
• Strong negotiation, listening, and influencing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Staying up to date with industry trends.
