Office based – BS1 4UA

Salary Range: £28,000 - £40,000 + uncapped commission

Are you driven, determined, and motivated to succeed? TeacherActive is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join Teacheractive Limited's team in Bristol.

Working Hours

  • Term time: 7:30 – 4:30/5:30
  • School holidays: Reduced hours: 8:30-3:30pm approx.

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant

  • Sales/business development with new and existing clients to win business from schools.
  • Identifying client needs and requirements to fill vacancies.
  • Attending client meetings, school visits, recruitment fairs, and expos.
  • Searching for candidates through various tools, including advertising, CV searching, referrals, and utilizing the CRM.
  • Shortlisting CVs, contacting educators, and interviewing face-to-face to build a candidate pipeline.
  • Supporting schools with educators on a temporary and permanent basis.
  • Assisting schools with emergency cover on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining regular contact with candidates and clients to build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborating with Resourcers and the compliance team to ensure candidates are fully cleared for work.
  • Maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge.
  • Reviewing performance to continually improve.

You need to be adaptable in recruitment, as no two days are the same. The industry is exciting, fast-paced, and requires resilience, enthusiasm, and energy.
