Role Overview
The role of a Recruitment Consultant involves:
- Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate opportunities.
- Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancy.
- Attending client meetings/school visits.
- Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering them.
- Filling vacancies within an agreed time scale.
- Building a pipeline of candidates to ensure you can react quickly to your clients’ needs.
- Maintaining regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships.

This sales role involves working towards meeting revenue targets. However, Teacheractive Limited provide a well-structured training programme and frequent support to help you achieve and exceed targets. Enjoy uncapped commission with no threshold, allowing you to reap the rewards of your hard work.
Key Skills Required
- Previous sales experience or experience in a target and KPI focused role.

Working Hours
- Term time: Monday 7.30-5.30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 7.30-5pm, Friday 7.30-4.30pm.
- School holidays: Reduced hours, approx. 8.30-3.30pm.
- Office based full time.
