Your Choice Estate Agents is seeking a proactive and confident individual with a strong background in property valuations and listings to lead from the front and help drive the success of Your Choice Estate Agents's business.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Residential/Commercial Valuer / Branch Manager
• Location: Yorkshire (Bradford and surrounding areas)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time (flexible)
• Transport: Must own a vehicle and hold a clean driving licence

Role Overview:

As a Senior Valuer and Lister, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of Your Choice Estate Agents's business by delivering a first-class service to clients and ensuring seamless property listings. You will possess a deep understanding of both residential and commercial property markets, demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, and be adept at securing valuations and new instructions. Your professionalism and knowledge will help uphold Your Choice Estate Agents's reputation for excellence within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve valuation and listing targets as set by the Branch Manager.
• Conduct property valuations and secure instructions across both residential and commercial sectors.
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team, contributing to a positive and supportive environment.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and industry regulations.
• Stay updated on systems, processes, and relevant legislation (training provided).
• Maintain a professional image and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Engage in training sessions and continuous professional development as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional qualifications such as NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents), ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), or RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) are highly desirable.
