• Operational Support: Provide vital support to managers to maintain high standards of care for children and young people.
• Financial Management: Engage in strategic planning for growth, manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance.
• People Management: Lead a development structure, implement personal development plans, and foster a culture of recognition and retention.
