As the Receptionist, you will embody the very essence of this prestigious venue, leading by example and consistently working to deliver an exceptional standard of service to all members and guests. Your role is pivotal in maintaining BAFTA’s ‘gold standard’, fostering a collaborative work culture, and ensuring that client expectations are not only met but surpassed from the start of each shift to the very end.
