ABOUT THE ROLE

Lime Wood is currently looking for a customer-focused Receptionist to join Lime Wood's friendly front office team at Lime Wood's award-winning hotel, Lime Wood. As the first and last face Lime Wood's restaurant and hotel guests see, first impressions are everything.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a warm welcome and effective service to all hotel and restaurant guests.
• Using hotel reservation systems to efficiently book guest stays and table reservations.
• Responding to guest queries, in person, via phone, and email.
• Maintaining effective communication with all departments.
• Handling guest complaints to the best of your ability, utilizing management when necessary.

About you:

Previous experience as a Receptionist is beneficial, ideally in a hotel environment. A proactive and reliable attitude is essential.
