Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for headhunting personnel for retained assignments in the USA’s Roofing Sector.

The role includes:

• Advertising roles
• Sourcing candidates
• Shortlisting candidates
• Interviewing
• Negotiating job offers

You should have at least two years’ recruitment experience in permanent roles; experience in construction is a plus.

Working Hours: 11.30am – 8.30pm, Monday to Thursday; 11.00am – 5.30pm Fridays.
