Salary Package
Up to £27,000 including service charge. Benefits include:

Job Role: Restaurant Host/Hostess
Mission: Responsible for welcoming guests and customers to the consumption area and representing the area, complying with the highest standards of presentation, discipline, kindness, and courtesy to cause the best initial impression regarding a quality service that satisfies the expectations of the customers, earning their recognition and preference. Promote the sale of food and beverages to increase revenue and achieve the defined objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Keeps their work area tidy and clean with all the equipment and supplies required for the service, keeping menus and bill holders in good condition.
- Participates in briefings at the beginning of each shift to get information on dishes of the day, VIPs, groups, events, and general comments.
- Consistently offers a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests and customers on arrival and departure.
- Greets customers and leads them to their table, ensuring safety.
- Responsible for taking reservations by phone, accurately noting customer data.
Candidate Requirements:
- Customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Fluent in English
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
