• Be available for shifts on Friday evening, Saturday evening, and Sunday lunchtime
• Be able to work over the Christmas period, including Christmas Day
• Have transport options to get to Canford Cliffs
• Be happy working in a large team for a branded operation

Job Summary: As the first and last person The Cliff Pub's guests will meet, you must have a welcoming personality and a lasting smile. You will need to be business and guest minded, using your skills to maximise covers and create a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Take charge of the booking system during service to maximise availability and capacity.
• Keep trade areas looking premium at all times.
• Be able to talk through menus, take orders, and deal with guest enquiries.

Salary: The salary is minimum wage plus tips, but even at entry level can be upwards of £31,000 per annum pro rata based on:

• National living wage (age dependent) 11.44 x 40 hours = £455 per week
• Approx. cash tips per week = £60 (based on recent averages)
• Approx. card tips per week = £80 (based on recent averages)
