The NNUH hosts the busiest Emergency Department in the East of England, seeing over 120,000 patients every year. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing the Resuscitation area for operational duty to an agreed quality standard.
- Cleaning, decontaminating, stocking, and conducting safety checks of equipment.

To ensure correct stock levels and equipment assets are assigned to each Resuscitation bay, the successful applicant will:
- Identify shortages in stock levels and regularly place orders of medical equipment/consumables.
- Accurately record stock withdrawals using manual and electronic means.
- Undertake routine and ad-hoc stocktakes to verify accuracy of recording systems.
- Identify losses of equipment and stock in the Resuscitation bays and accurately record them.
