About the Role
Butlin's’re looking for a passionate leader to join Butlin's at Butlin's's Bognor Regis Resort as part of Butlin's's Restaurants department. As a Venue Manager, you’ll be vital in helping Butlin's's guests create smiles – getting stuck in to give them a great dining experience!
You’ll be part of a big team responsible for providing Butlin's's guests with an altogether more fun and entertaining holiday. Enjoy developing people and delivering exceptional experiences by nurturing, training, and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment.
Drive standards and lead your team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlin’s way of working. You’ll need to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness while being guest-obsessed and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Analyze KPI’s and stock control systems to maximize profit margins.
- Adhere to food safety and health & safety policies.
- Conduct regular 121's and PDP discussions to support team development.
About You
Butlin's is looking for an individual with prior experience in a food & beverage environment, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to handle queries and complaints directly. Passion for leading and developing a team is essential.
You should be experienced in managing rotas based on guest volumes and proficient in leading teams to success, coaching, and delivering training.
