Job Description:
As a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager at Diageo, you will be part of one of the most dynamic markets, Global Travel, which accesses a vast consumer base of 2 billion travelers annually.
About the Role
Your role will be crucial in transforming the way Diageo develop, plan, and implement commercial strategies to achieve Diageo's ambitious growth and profitability targets. You will focus on RGM to drive sustainable value for Diageo, Diageo's customers, and consumers.
Responsibilities
Pricing:
- Support implementation of F23 headline price increases.
- Identify pricing opportunities through comprehensive market analyses.
- Evaluate shelf price execution against strategic benchmarks.
- Explore additional opportunities to enhance market share and profitability.
Trade Investment & Promotions:
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure compliance with promotional policies.
- Provide analytical support to enhance promotional effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improved investment allocation across customers.
- Revise promotional strategies for enhanced effectiveness.
RGM Sprints, Planning & Capability:
- Support RGM sprints defining revenue and margin enhancement opportunities.
- Oversee execution of RGM initiatives throughout the business cycle.
- Develop tools and systems to embed RGM capabilities across the market.
Experience Required/Skills/Capabilities
Diageo is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in NRM/RGM fields with strong commercial and finance acumen.
- Deep familiarity with P&L management and expertise in pricing and promotional analytics.
- Proven ability to leverage analytics for business outcomes through effective relationship building.
- Adept at navigating ambiguity and complexity within a matrixed organization.
