The student recruitment department wishes to appoint a Receptionist to provide a professional and welcoming front of house service to college visitors, contractors, prospective students, and current students, helping visitors with Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and signposting customers as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
- Assist with Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG).
- Signpost customers to the appropriate services.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £25,135 to £27,782 per year, including London weighting allowance.
Working Hours
Full time, 36 hours a week.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Experience in an office environment using administrative systems, including Information Technology.
- Level 2 Information, Advice and Guidance and/or Customer Service qualification (or willingness to achieve this qualification).
