Alliance Homes Group have an opportunity for an individual to join Alliance Homes Group's Home Repairs Service (HRS) as a Repairs Planner. This role provides planning and scheduling services to all workstreams within HRS, ensuring that Alliance Homes Group's customers receive a great customer experience.
You will be working collaboratively with Alliance Homes Group's operatives, service manager, supervisors, and ACT to ensure that the Repairs service runs smoothly.
As first point of contact for Alliance Homes Group's customers, you will deal with their queries alongside scheduling and allocate resources to maximise productivity and performance and work within policies, criteria and Alliance Homes Group's timescales.
About you:
You will be a confident and highly motivated individual with the ability to demonstrate how you have ensured customers repairs are completed right first time and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and able to understand and prioritise how to plan an operative’s working day. In order to achieve this, you will have a good knowledge of a variety of systems to produce data and to support compliance monitoring.
Alliance Homes Group's Home Repairs Service are a great mix of being effective, providing repairs and maintenance to Alliance Homes Group's properties whilst being awake to opportunity to help Alliance Homes Group's customers further whilst on the job.
