About Track Capital: Track Capital is expanding, and Track Capital is seeking experienced property sales professionals to help Track Capital's investors purchase property in the UK. Track Capital is a boutique property investment sales agency based in London with a hybrid/remote working team. Track Capital's focus is to market and introduce high-quality residential property investment opportunities from across the UK and Dubai.

Role Overview: This employed position offers a competitive basic salary along with a high-yield commission structure. Realistic first-year earnings are between £80,000 and £100,000, with the potential for even more as you grow within the company. The role requires responding to warm leads and guiding investors through the purchasing process, from initial contact to transaction completion.

Working Hours: Typically, 9 am to 6 pm; however, flexibility is required to meet business needs, including some evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with warm leads primarily via telephone, as well as through email and WhatsApp
  • Managing a high volume of daily calls (50-100) to understand and meet investor objectives
  • Crafting detailed email proposals that showcase investment opportunities
  • Handling administrative duties and supporting sales progression by liaising with third parties
  • Learning and mastering new products with a strong attention to detail
  • Traveling within the UK for occasional face-to-face meetings

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year in property sales (preferably off-plan), with a strong preference for telephone sales experience
  • A driven, motivated attitude with a clear focus on high earnings
  • Proficiency in managing high call volumes and extensive administrative tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to utilise various CRM and sales platforms
