Regional Partnership Manager

Overview

Evri is seeking a Regional Partnership Manager. This role will involve delivering successful performance and excellent customer experience through operational effectiveness. You will have full ownership of the Delivery Units & Contractor function within a defined region, ensuring high standards of service. The role requires significant initiative and the ability to influence others.

You will be accountable for:

• Ensuring the Delivery unit offers the highest levels of customer service throughout the sortation process.
• Managing delivery unit performance metrics such as scanning and productivity.
• Driving continuous improvement to enhance performance.
• Utilizing performance insights to implement operational changes.
• Forecasting volumes to ensure service standards during peak seasons.
• Issuing Improvement notices to Business Partners when necessary.
• Collaborating with the Area Partnership manager on sourcing Delivery Units.
• Working with Loss Prevention to ensure secure operations.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Flexibly supporting Delivery Units during high volume periods.
• Providing insights to Business Partners to enhance performance.
• Being accountable for contractor performance metrics.
• Identifying issues and offering proactive solutions.
• Conducting trend analysis of performance data.
• Holding regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss key topics.

To be successful in this role you will require the following…

Qualifications:

• Current UK Driving licence
• Ability to work 5 over 7, including various shift patterns

Knowledge & Experience:

• Knowledge of self-employed courier model
• Experience in a customer-focused industry
• Experience making commercially viable decisions
• Problem-solving and planning skills

Technical & People Skills:

• Customer Focused approach
• Competent negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to different styles
