Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage sales and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain an organised and tidy sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
• Process transactions accurately using the till system, including cash handling and basic maths skills.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively communicate features and promotions to customers.
• Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries and replenishing shelves as necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
• A friendly disposition with a genuine interest in helping customers find what they need.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
