East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices is looking for a Retail Sales Assistant for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices's Felixstowe shop, working part-time at 14 hours per week, typically over two days within a seven-day working week. The role requires mandatory weekend work on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise sales of donated and new stock
• Guide and support shop volunteers
• Maintain shop standards for display and cleanliness
• Manage daily banking processes in the absence of the manager

Skills and Experience Required:

• Passion for customer service and community support
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Flexibility to work weekends
