Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Promote and upsell products to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Update the website and manage social media
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
To succeed in this position, you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong time management skills. The ability to upsell products and provide exceptional customer service is essential.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Holidays
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Must be able to work Saturdays and extra hours to cover holidays and busy times. Expected hours are 21 per week.
