Responsibilities

You will support The Works's Store Management team to keep the stores running smoothly, including:

• Opening and closing the store.
• Running the store during management absences.
• Assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.

Keyholder Responsibilities

If you’re over 18, you’ll join as a keyholder, supporting The Works's management team. You’ll receive additional keyholding pay enhancement when holding keys. If you're under 18, you'll be trained for keyholder duties once you reach the age.
