Retail Supervisor, For Teens, Urgent

Overview

Treeby & Bolton Shop & Gallery is looking for a supervisor with previous retail experience either as a supervisor or senior retail sales assistant. You will be well-presented, articulate, and confident when speaking with customers to leave a positive and lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, coaching others to ensure Treeby & Bolton Shop & Gallery's customers feel welcome and their needs are met.
• Support the store manager in maintaining excellent product and shop standards.
• Assist with compliance and the daily operational tasks of the shop, including paperwork and cash handling.
• Create a positive atmosphere focused on delivering results.

Shift and Schedule

• 21-hour contract with flexibility to work up to 30 hours/week to cover holiday/sickness.
• 8-hour shift.
• Weekend availability.

The Supervisor will report to the Store Manager.
