JSL Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to manage the customer base in Northern England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
The company offers a competitive package:
- A basic salary of between £50,000 - £54,000
- Bonus

- 25 days holidays plus bank holidays
Every day will be different in this varied role, requiring strong organization to manage the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationships: Take full ownership of assigned customers or buying groups, ensuring satisfaction while driving sales growth and hitting targets.
- Tailored Solutions: Understand unique needs of key clients, offering customized solutions from negotiating deals to meeting deadlines.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead by tracking market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, sharing insights with management.
- Product Support: Provide ongoing technical support and training to customers.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on account progress, goals, and forecasts.
Ideally, you will have a good understanding of the automotive aftermarket, including buying groups and motor factors.
