Overview

Jasmine House Supported Living is based in Ely and supports adults with a learning disability, providing care within shared accommodation. The role of Support Worker involves enabling adults with disabilities to live independently, enjoying lifestyles akin to other community members. This includes practical support such as personal care, safety, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Work with a small team to provide essential support
• Update documents using IT, including support plans and risk assessments
• Participate in a comprehensive training program

About You

A proficient level of written and spoken English is essential. You should possess strong communication and IT skills to maintain records and complete risk assessments. Awareness of equality, diversity, inclusion, and safety is crucial.
