Overview

As a Regional Talent Administrator at Lidl, you will support the delivery of training and development for all colleagues across your region. This is an exciting role, where you will assist the leadership team and be the first point of contact for day-to-day training queries. You will monitor regional induction and training, support line managers, and analyze Talent KPIs to improve results.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the progress of regional induction and basic training.
  • Support line managers and colleagues in resolving training issues.
  • Analyze Talent KPIs and proactively liaise with stakeholders.
  • Assist in daily business and projects alongside the Regional Talent Manager.

Requirements

  • At least one year of professional experience, ideally in HR management.
  • Enthusiastic about providing high-quality training.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Strong communication skills to influence regional colleagues.
