Shaw healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join the team at Orchard House in Withington. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those Vacancy Filler provide care for. Vacancy Filler's aim is to deliver the highest standard of care to Vacancy Filler's service users.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with service users, family members, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain care plans and provide updates to your Line Manager.
• Use the latest care technology to enhance service user interactions.

Requirements

• Experience working with older people in residential care.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Completion or progress towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Working Hours

Part time - 20 hours a week. Shifts: Days or Nights - 07:30am - 15:00pm, 14:30pm - 22:00pm, 22:00pm - 08:00am.
