The Landmark London is currently looking for a passionate Staff Restaurant Chef to join The Landmark London's Kitchen Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to The Landmark London's guests and each other. Your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• To work as an individual and as part of a team by taking ownership for the correct preparation of mise-en-place and service for the staff restaurant.
• With confidence, prepare a daily fresh & frozen food order for delivery 3 times per week. Seek help if guidance is required. Ensure that you do not overspend.
• During service, proactively liaise with the service team regularly to ensure that the kitchen does not run out of food and that the quality of food is maintained.
• To develop and maintain a good working relationship with the Staff Restaurant Manager.
• To carry out all tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor/ manager and to assist in any other areas or duties within the kitchen/ hotel upon request.
