About the Role

As a Refuge Worker, you will offer support to women experiencing domestic abuse across two refuge sites. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting risk and needs assessments
• Developing support plans
• Providing emotional and practical support
• Managing risk and case procedures

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

• In-depth knowledge of domestic abuse impacts
• Experience in providing support to victims
• Strong administrative and time management skills
• Understanding of legal remedies and welfare benefits
