This role involves supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, including those with dual diagnoses and histories of substance use. You'll be key in helping clients gain skills for independent living.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide recovery-focused interventions through key working sessions.
- Devise tailored support and risk management plans.
- Encourage clients to develop coping strategies and promote independence.
- Work on a 24-hour rolling rota including day, evening, and night shifts.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have experience in the mental health sector and a solid understanding of the recovery model. You must be adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Empathy and communication skills are crucial as you work with individuals with varied needs.
