Senior Aftersales Advisor

Overview

Allen Motor Group is currently looking to employ a Senior Aftersales Advisor to join Allen Motor Group's KIA & Ford dealership in Bath. You will utilize your fantastic customer experience skills to keep customers informed about their vehicles' servicing, answering any queries they may have while assisting with the efficient operation of the service department.

Salary and Benefits

This full-time permanent position offers a basic salary of up to £31,000, with an OTE of £36,000. Additional benefits include:

Required Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you should possess strong automotive service advisor experience, ideally from a franchised dealership. The following skills are essential:

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Great attention to detail
• Experience using computer software systems, ideally Kerridge
• Previous management/supervisor experience is highly advantageous

Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will assist the Aftersales Manager in driving and growing the profitability of the service department through effective team supervision. Your key duties will include:

1. Assisting the Aftersales Manager with day-to-day operations
2. Advising customers using company systems for complete satisfaction
3. Ensuring quotes and charges are accurately recorded
4. Collaborating with the sales department for cohesive operations
