Outcomes First Group is looking for an experienced School Administrator for Outcomes First Group's New Options Autism School - Southview in Stamford, Lincolnshire.
- Up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience (not pro rata)
- 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday
- Permanent, Term Time only
- UK applicants only. This role does not offer sponsorship.
About the role
Working closely with the SLT, you will provide excellent administrative and customer services to a variety of stakeholders, establishing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes to support the effective running of the school with a focus on operational excellence and to meet the current and future needs of the school.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective, timely, and confidential administration support to staff and managers as required.
- Ensure that relevant records and documents are kept up to date and are stored securely and confidentially at all times.
- Respond timely and flexibly to urgent or last-minute staff/school requirements.
- Support other colleagues with work that requires extra members of staff to complete the tasks.
- Contribute to keeping within agreed budgets as instructed.
- Exercise vigilance in respect of Health and Safety and promptly report all hazards.
- Operate in accordance with Company policies, particularly those related to Safeguarding and Protection.
Essential Requirements
- GCSE or equivalent.
- Experience working in a school environment.
- Strong administration and communication skills.
- System experience (highly desirable).
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Outcomes First Group's New Options Autism School caters to young people aged 5-11 with complex communication needs, autism, and associated learning and emotional needs. The school will have a capacity for 25 pupils and is due to open in Easter 2025.
