TOKO&CO is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join TOKO&CO's team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily shop operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
• Maintain an organised and tidy shop environment, ensuring products are well-displayed.
• Process transactions accurately at the till and handle cash responsibly.
• Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the shop.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively.
• A friendly demeanour with a passion for helping others is essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 23 per week
