To Do

• You will work with the Boutique Manager and the team to provide top-shelf, impeccable and elegant service to Neuhaus's customers.
• You are co-responsible for ensuring that each customer enjoys a unique chocolate experience.
• You ensure the achievement of the commercial objectives in and around the boutique, actively thinking about actions that may boost sales.
• The boutique is Neuhaus's business card; display Neuhaus's delicious products according to Neuhaus etiquette.
• Replenishing stock and closing the cash register are also part of your responsibilities.

To Be

• You have a successful first experience in a similar role within a high-quality environment.
• Your appearance is impeccable and elegant, providing an unforgettable customer experience.
• You possess strong organisational skills and are flexible.
• You are fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
