You will manage key processes, oversee compliance, and ensure smooth coordination across various activities that support apprenticeships and employability programs.
Main duties of the job
- Lead on the administration of apprenticeship and employability programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Act as the first point of contact for all team members, managing day-to-day queries and support.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date, orderly, and available for decision-making.
- Collaborate with relevant personnel to maintain an efficient administrative system.
- Contribute to Workstream Agendas, undertaking project work as directed.
