Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of civil engineering and rail projects from start to finish.
• Lead and manage site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and program adherence.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor and manage site resources, including subcontractors and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Agent in civil engineering, rail, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications (or equivalent).
