About the Role
As a School Administrator at Outcomes First Group's new Acorn Education School - Woodside Park School in Penge, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to provide exceptional administrative and customer services to various stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in establishing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes that support the effective running of the school with a focus on operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective, timely, and confidential administrative support to staff and managers.
- Ensure that all relevant records and documents are kept up to date and stored securely and confidentially.
- Respond promptly to urgent or last-minute staff/school requirements.
- Support colleagues with additional tasks as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining agreed budgets and exercise vigilance regarding Health and Safety.
- Adhere to Company policies, particularly concerning Safeguarding and Child Protection.
Essential Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent.
- Experience working in a school environment.
- Strong administration and communication skills.
- Experience with SIMS system (highly desirable).
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
About the School
Outcomes First Group's new Acorn School - Woodside Park, located in Penge, South East London, will serve 34 pupils aged 5-16 years old and is set to open in April 2025. It will provide a co-educational environment for pupils with complex needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
