Overview

As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including private clients, colleagues, HR departments, senior managers, and the public.
  • Managing all Working Well enquiries, including responding to sensitive and complex issues through phone calls and emails.
  • Providing immediate and relevant advice to ensure timely notifications for clinician callbacks.
  • Recording all actions accurately in individual medical records using the electronic clinical system (G2).
  • Booking a variety of appointments for occupational health practitioners via the G2 diary system.
  • Liaising with clients, managers, and HR to arrange multi-disciplinary case conferences.
  • Monitoring the progress of management referrals and their occupational health reports, ensuring sensitivity and urgency are considered.
  • Checking and sending Occupational Health reports securely, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Preparing and securely sending immunization history reports.
  • Assisting with the management of various non-clinical equipment and consumables on site.
  • Prioritizing workload and ensuring all files and systems are kept up to date in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Supporting equality and valuing diversity in all interactions.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • A background in administration, particularly within healthcare, is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Experience with electronic record-keeping systems, preferably G2.
