Joining the Whittard family, you will provide exceptional customer service and assist in keeping the store stocked, strengthening the already successful store in the community. You will also enjoy generous holiday, product discounts, and investments in your professional training and development. This role will operate from 7am to 4pm.
Whittard of Chelsea is currently looking for a new team member who must be able to work a minimum of 24 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Creating a relaxed, friendly, customer-focused environment.
- Replenishing delivery, stock management, cleaning, and unpacking deliveries.
- Providing excellent customer service, conducting taste tastings, and achieving daily targets.
- Reading and actioning handover notes and other communications.
- Building great working relationships with colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail role.
- Experience demonstrating successful teamwork.
- A commitment to personal development, always striving to reach goals.
- Confidence to engage with customers in product conversations and provide excellent service and support.
- The ability to work early mornings.
The Role Itself
