This position requires effective communication skills and a keen ability to engage with customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Skills

• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing change.
• Ability to sell products by understanding customer needs and preferences.
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers clearly and professionally.
• Organisational skills to maintain an orderly work environment and manage inventory effectively.
• Experience in upselling techniques is desirable but not essential.
