The Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a high-end, high-volume restaurant.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team.
- Previous experience in Japanese cuisine (preferred but not required).
- Eager to learn and develop yourself and your team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
