Azura is a Mediterranean grill restaurant seeking a talented Sous Chef to join Azura's innovative culinary team. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with Azura's Head Chef to deliver exceptional Mediterranean-inspired dishes, ensuring high standards in both taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in menu development and daily kitchen operations
• Lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies
