Come make a real difference as Two Rivers Housing's Scheme Co-Ordinator

Everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home.

As a Scheme Co-ordinator you’ll play a key role in helping Two Rivers Housing provide this for Two Rivers Housing's HomePlus tenants. You’ll be responsible for managing some of Two Rivers Housing's HomePlus schemes, providing additional support on everything from health and safety and tenancy issues to community activities and property adaptations.

What you’ll bring to Two Rivers Housing's team

• Experienced in working in customer facing situations, which require good communication skills, diplomacy, and excellent customer service resolution skills.

• An understanding of the housing policy and practice, as well as appropriate landlord and tenant legislation and codes of practice.

• Works well within their own team and can effectively engage with other teams, partners, and others to solve problems and find the best solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 GCSEs, grade C/4 or above or equivalent including Maths and English.

• CIH Level 3 qualification or equivalent (desirable)

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car insured for business use.
