About the Role

As a Senior CRM/ HubSpot Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless integration between technology, market, and sales processes to create value and growth.

In this role you will:

  • Take overall responsibility for implementing and configuring the HubSpot platform according to Avidly's clients' needs and business strategies.
  • Translate customer requirements into processes and map them in HubSpot.
  • Develop and implement automated processes within HubSpot to increase efficiency and save time in both marketing and sales.
  • Provide training and support to Avidly's clients' marketing and sales teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in HubSpot and other relevant tools.
  • Conduct customer workshops and trainings.

Who Avidly is looking for:

  • You have at least five years of hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • You are a quick learner and have the ability to see the big picture.
  • You love to do systematic, independent work.
  • Fluency in English; Nordics and German languages are a plus.

Core skills & competencies:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • You have a solution-oriented, hands-on mentality when working with CRM systems.
  • You thrive on thinking about technically complex topics.
  • Experience creating detailed customer and user journey flows.
