About the Role
As a Senior CRM/ HubSpot Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless integration between technology, market, and sales processes to create value and growth.
In this role you will:
- Take overall responsibility for implementing and configuring the HubSpot platform according to Avidly's clients' needs and business strategies.
- Translate customer requirements into processes and map them in HubSpot.
- Develop and implement automated processes within HubSpot to increase efficiency and save time in both marketing and sales.
- Provide training and support to Avidly's clients' marketing and sales teams.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in HubSpot and other relevant tools.
- Conduct customer workshops and trainings.
Who Avidly is looking for:
- You have at least five years of hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- You are a quick learner and have the ability to see the big picture.
- You love to do systematic, independent work.
- Fluency in English; Nordics and German languages are a plus.
Core skills & competencies:
- 5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- You have a solution-oriented, hands-on mentality when working with CRM systems.
- You thrive on thinking about technically complex topics.
- Experience creating detailed customer and user journey flows.
