Servicing Compliance Operative

Location: Hampshire & Dorset

Salary: £29,300 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

As a Servicing Compliance Operative, you’ll travel around Aster Group's communities completing essential tasks, including:

• Weekly bell testing
• Emergency lighting testing
• Weekly low usage outlet flushing
• Other building and compliance-related checks

You’ll utilize a PDA (electronic recording system) and must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets. A full clean driving licence is essential as you will be provided a company vehicle for travel across Hampshire & Dorset.

About You: Experience in a similar role is ideal. You'll be responsible for your tasks and able to support colleagues when necessary. Quality and efficiency are paramount; you'll follow instructions and manage your daily workload effectively.
