Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's facility accommodates 68 male adults across five clinical wards, catering to individuals with criminal offenses or challenging behavior. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust admit patients from various sources, ensuring high-quality care in a secure environment.

Main Duties of the Job

As a Security Coordinator, you will:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment in collaboration with the Clinical Risk & Security team leader.
  • Provide emergency responses to incidents within clinical areas.
  • Undergo PMVA (Prevention Management of Violence & Aggression) training.

The security team operates on a 24-hour rotation shift pattern, including:

  • Early: 07:00 am - 15:00 pm
  • Late: 13:00 pm - 21:00 pm
  • Nights: 20:30 pm - 07:15 am
