Marston's Pubs’re on the lookout for a Sous Chef to join Marston's Pubs's team! It’s time to turn up the heat in Marston's Pubs's kitchen! Leading by example, you’ll ensure hot, quality food that you and the team can be proud of gets presented to the pass each and every time.

Responsibilities:

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist Marston's Pubs's Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
