Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and coordinate all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management.
• Conduct remote or on-site visits for protocol compliance and documentation management.
• Ensure audit readiness and develop collaborative relationships with sites.

A Day in the Life:

• Monitor sites with a risk-based approach and address compliance issues.
• Document observations and maintain communication with investigative sites.
• Participate in investigator meetings and ensure study systems are updated.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a clinical research monitor.
• Fluency in English and valid driver's license.

Skills and Abilities:

• Effective clinical monitoring and communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
