Stock Controller/Warehouse Operative

Job Summary

A new vacancy has arisen for a Stock Controller/Warehouse Administrator. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Manager, your mission is to effectively support with the movement of stock in and out of R.Wilkes Transport & Storage Ltd's warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising POD's from the day previous.
• Updating key software on the delivery times of customers goods.
• Uploading/scanning POD's to a computer system.
• Managing stock for key medical customers.
• Liaising with key customer personnel.
• Using a WMS System to pick orders and update stock records.
• Conducting Monthly Stock takes.
• Supporting annual audits of customer stocks.
• Updating KPI's.
• Forklift driving.
• Pick/Pack and despatch of items.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organised, structured, and flexible.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and WMS systems.

Shift and Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8am-5:00pm.
