Key Duties:
- Providing personal care – including bathing, toileting, dressing, and help with feeding
- Medication administration
- Assisting residents with daily activities, hobbies, or outings
- Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
- Developing a considerate relationship with residents
- Maintaining written daily records
- Completing required training
Personal Attributes: Key characteristics include patience, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and good communication skills.
