Service Desk Consultant - Tier 1

The Tier 1 Service Desk Consultant will be pivotal in providing support to TrueCommerce’s customers. This role involves delivering first-line support to all users, emphasizing the importance of excellent interpersonal skills and a methodical approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Log all calls and emails through the online service desk system, investigating issues using learned skills.
• Escalate unresolved problems to the Service Desk Manager.
• Prioritize, diagnose, troubleshoot, and manage multiple service requests and incidents while adhering to service level agreements.
• Monitor customer systems actively, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, keeping the line manager informed of successes and risks.

Shift and Schedule

This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, with full-time hours expected.

Salary and Benefits

Pay is competitive, ranging from £22,000 to £26,000 per year.
